WorkSmart partners with schools to strengthen career exploration, workforce readiness, and real-world learning through a structured, easy-to-adopt system that supports existing goals. Rather than adding another initiative, WorkSmart provides turnkey, audit-friendly curriculum and resources aligned with College and Career Readiness (CCR), Bridge-to-Career, and Smart Start. Together, engage students through Career Clubs, SpotLight Bulletins, and the WorkSmart Career Showcase, helping them build skills, confidence, and direction while supporting documentation needs. Through the WorkSmart Foundation, programs expand using evidence-based curriculum developed by WorkSmartPro and other approved providers, increasing access to mentorship and meaningful learning experiences.

WorkSmart is strengthened through the support and involvement of community members who believe in investing in the next generation. Volunteers play an important role by serving as mentors, guest speakers, event helpers, and career advisors, helping students build confidence, expand their networks, and gain real-world insight. Community members, parents, retirees, civic organizations, and local leaders are invited to support Career Clubs, the Career Showcase, and student learning experiences. Through meaningful engagement, volunteers help create a supportive environment where students feel encouraged, connected, and prepared to pursue their goals.

WorkSmart partners with businesses, industry leaders, workforce organizations, and colleges to connect students with real-world opportunities and experiences aligned to workforce needs. Industry partners support the program by serving as mentors, hosting internships and job shadow experiences, participating as Career Showcase judges, providing career insights, and sponsoring student opportunities. These partnerships strengthen the connection between education and the workforce while helping employers engage with future talent and support career pathway development. By working together, partners help ensure students graduate with the skills, awareness, and confidence needed for successful transitions into college, training, and careers.
