The WorkSmart Career Network is a school-based, community-powered structure that helps students explore career pathways, build confidence, connect with mentors and employers, and complete meaningful career planning.

The WorkSmart Career Networks are student career clubs that bring career education to life through exploration, leadership, hands-on learning, competitions, challenges, and recognition. Organized around broad career fields, student interests, aptitudes, and workforce opportunities, the networks are supported by WorkSmart Foundation’s ready-to-use curriculum, presentations, activities, and digital badges. WorkSmart works alongside existing Career and Technical Student Organizations, school courses, and classroom subjects to help students connect classroom learning to real careers, industry needs, and future opportunities
