From exploration to opportunity, WorkSmart helps students discover careers, build workplace skills, and prepare for successful futures.
WorkSmart Foundation connects students, families, schools, employers, and communities through hands-on career exploration, workforce preparation, and real-world learning experiences.
Students explore careers through projects, competitions, and hands-on experiences that build confidence, workplace skills, and meaningful community connections.

This is where most students begin. They become part of a community, meet mentors, explore careers, and start participating.

Once students are involved, they put their skills into action through hands-on projects, challenges, and competitions like the BAM Build-Off.

As students become more engaged, career funding helps them pay for workforce training, credential testing fees, work supplies, or tools.

This is the culmination of the journey; students demonstrate what they've learned and connect with employers, colleges, and scholarship providers.
Help remove financial barriers for Marion County students in grades 9-12.
