The WorkSmart Showcase Curriculum blends College & Career Readiness (CCR) competencies with Bridge-to-Career learning competencies into one streamlined, career-connected experience resulting in the WorkSmart Career Showcase!

WorkSmart Career Kits are designed to help support student career exploration and workforce readiness through career-connected tools, materials, supplies, certifications, and pathway-related resources.

Career Kits may be made available through partnerships, sponsorships, grants, competitions, showcases, recognition programs, or other community-supported opportunities based on available resources and student participation.

The WorkSmart Shared Team Calendar System helps schools, clubs, organizations, and teams stay organized by allowing members to add events to a shared calendar. No more wondering if something is happening on a specific day, no more overbooking.  Administrators maintain control over edits and deletions, so no accidents!

This system helps reduce scheduling confusion, improve communication, prevent overlapping events, and keep team activities in one easy-to-manage location. It also allows advisors, staff, and team leaders to maintain oversight while still giving members the ability to contribute and stay involved.

The BAM Network now includes regional workforce and design competitions supported by the WorkSmart Foundation microgrants, giving students opportunities to collaborate with mentors, industry partners, and community sponsors through hands-on projects.
